fixing bloodstone

i was wondering if there is anything you could do to help fix Bloodstone
because you could fix Oakfeild and Westcliff before you go to the spire.

No, you cannot. Except for trading around, which improves the wealth of a city.
However, if there's something like Westcliff and Oakfield, there should be a quest in your list. In this case, it isn't, so the answer is no.

yeah if you help the temple of light before you go to the spire when you come back there will be more homes and stuff.

Ohhhh T.O.B.Y I loved that quest 'the mutton of eternal hope' XD and I fell for it at first , I felt realllll stupid after that XD and it made me kill some villagers because they tried to shoot me for breaking into their home and trying to steal food ¬__¬

yeah i was trying to be a good person and help them but little did i know that i was just becoming a thief and i had to kill a women because she kept shooting at me :'(

Turn safety of by clicking Right button then click safety of. Or just aim at him and then turn safety of with clicking the d pad down.
