Flicker/Artifacting Error..please assist

I've installed Fable on my PC XP 32 bit, Geforce 6200, and a Athlon 2 Ghz Processor.

every 15-20 seconds I get patched of white that flicker on and off for a moment.

Is there any way to fix this?

You tried turning off V Synch in the options?

Yes, it actually wont stay on with my pc. The V Sync automatically turns itself off each time I reset the computer.

Made sure that your drivers are all up to date?
