Forum type question

hey i used to be on the forums about a year ago and yeah it was always active and exciting to be on. AND there were a lot less members.

Now there are like 3x as much members and it's like never active, i check back after replying like half a day later and there is either no more comments or like two...

just wondering why:'(

Haven't been on long enough, but I hope I always answer, peoples comments or questions. Sometimes I forget, but I try not to. ;) I try to see both sides of everything, if it's possible. Where is everybody?

Re: Forum type question

Depends what the topic is, i mean some of my topics lately have had like 20+ comments/replies in the space of 5 hours.

Re: Forum type question

Yea but 5 hours?

Maybe to the impatient types, but its a forum not an instant messaging service.

Re: Forum type question

A lot of the oldschool active members are no longer around.

Maybe so, but it seems very active today.:)

Re: Forum type question

Like DD says - it can depend. Also, around this time of year especially things seem to get busier for people on the outside of the boards - exams, end-of-year assessments, gearing up for the summer etc.

Every forum has lulls in activity...then we get a flurry of posters before it invariably dies down a bit again...

That's why i'm not as active as before...

And we're probably going to experience a flood of new members when Fable 2 is out :)

I agree totally. Also a lot of the members, are waiting for the release, and they don't want to see any of the spoilers, like I do.:P
