Friend can see my score but I can't see anyone elses

So I've played Fable 3 a few times now but now I'm actually playing this finally while online. My friend is also playing for her first time and is getting popups that show if she's beat anyone in what sounds like a leaderboard, (how many steps they've taken while holding hands, how much you've donated, etc.).
I've been playing about an hour longer than her so far and I' have yet to have any pop ups like that despite us having a few of the same friends with scores that are appearing for her but not myself. Is there a setting I need to edit to see these show?

Normally leaderboard scores are displayed in the "Statistics" panel (and any other relevant panel) in the Sanctuary Live Room I think (might be setting in there). Might also have to set Orb settings to friends or all, dont know if this will have any effect on seeing friend leaderboard scores as I havent played in a LONG time.
