well there was a method that worked a few years ago and i might test it out. I have a feeling its been patched tho.

It is patched, I tried it with my second character (which was my best; had HRC and Wreckager) and it ended up glitching him so bad that when I tried to load him up my xbox would just freezing. So if you're going to try it, be prepared to possibly have to restart.

Thank you, Evan. I have decided to revert back to my old character who i originally beat the game with. Im not gonna dupe the items any more but if anyone has any extra money lying around.......

you cant rent it out. you'd be better off taking the money i give you and finis off buying out and renting out all the properties you can. and you could always go to bowerstone market ad ask for money. people usually give. (im talking about online orbs, not NPCs, they give like...2 bucks).
