Frustrated and need some insight

For those of you who have played multi player with a henchmen, the coat that looks like the highway mens that is blue and the character that has red hair. Does anyone know if this coat is obtainable?

you have to use dye for both of those effects, no coat in the game will change your hair color.

Yea but is that coat obtainable? Or is it just a Highwaymens coat
