Trust me on this, TJ, I'm practically an expert in giving people The Dollcatcher.

Invite the person into your game.
Go to a trader (I use the Bowerstone Market jeweller).
Sell a doll.
Buy it back.

Voila. Achievement unlocked.

It's even easier than that. All you have to do is just buy a random item like a diamond and it will give both the hoarder and dollcatcher achievement. I can also help, but I need a two day card in return because I don't have live so I can't invite anyone unless I have a two day card.

I already got the Duellist achievement and I have silver but I could give you a few tips to get it.
Get a slow weapon. Tap X at the same speed rate and just gently push the rate up. Youll get the achievement pretty easy that way, atleast I did.
