If you mean the Furniture store in Bowerstone, I'm pretty sure it's close to never. I think it's some sort of glitch in the game, but you can go to Bloodstone and buy furniture from there. That restocks in seven(?) days, like normal.

yeah there is some glitch or something witht the furniture store where it has no stock. a patch is coming out soon that will fix this and a few other problems.
