Game Freezing, Please help.

Hey there folks.

I just bought the game yesterday and am having a load of problems.

So, I can play the game perfectly fine up until my "final test" to fight with Maze. Right after the cutscene and the battle begins, the game freezes.

I've tried numerous times and every single time it has frozen.

I have tried updating my graphics card (which made the game NOT PLAY at all, so I had to do a system restore).

I've tried maximizing the memory, and I've tried reinstalling the game several times.

I'm really hoping someone has found a way to solve the problem and it's not a problem with my graphics card or whatever. Here's my system info:

Windows XP
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3400+
1.37 of RAM (1.81 GHz)
Video Card: SiS 760

THANKS!!!!

Re: Game Freezing, Please help.

Did you make sure you had the correct drivers for that GFX Card, ive heard of many people struggling with the SiS range. Could also be your sound card thats causing the error, is it a soundblaster card?

Re: Game Freezing, Please help.

I don't know what you mean about the sound blaster, how do you find that out?

I updated my graphics card driver, that didn't work. I'm like . . . 99% sure they're the right drivers now. Other than that, I'm still at a total loss. D:

If you go to Sounds, Speech and Audio devices in control panel and Sounds And Audio devices it should be listed in there what your sound card is.

Or alternately you can right click on 'My Computer' go to properties and then Device Manager and Sound, Video and Game Controllers and should be listed there too.
