Game wont load Bowerston Cemetary

The game wont load the cemetary... just sits there with the loading screen and game messages... which change every now and then. Any idea? There are no scratches on the disc; its 2 days old and hasnt left the console.

The xbox seems to not even be spinning the disc.

If it's a brand new game is there a code to punch in? I put my old one in the other day, and xbox live had a free download for it, I took it, and it works very well. I can play it again. If not, I'd trade it for a new one.
