game won't stop loading!! help

hey,
On the first level where you go to the castle to meet the lord,he shoots me and my sister and i fly out the window and the mysterious lady talks to me. then it cuts to a load scene, and it just keeps loading. i have even left it for over an hour. its not frozen, because it keeps putting up new 'tips' and the cogs at the bottom left of screen keep spinning as well. is there something that i am not doing or did i just buy a dud game.

Sorry man, never had that happen. Try taking it back to where you bought it and explain, they should replace.

Try installing the game to your hard-drive, generally solves 99% of problems like that one.
