Just had an email from Gameplay (UK) saying they have now starting taking orders for UK Customers, which shows that so far Sony are keeping to their word (For Once) on the UK Release. So anyone interested in maybe preordering one etc heres the link and prices etc:

(People can really see how us UK Customers got screwed by Sony now, months delay and we get it at highest price :getlost Can safely say i wont be getting one preordered or anytime soon...

I got a discount lol, because the place where I ordered them from said that they would be here in february ^_^

For people who dont know the exchange rate for our currency the prices listed above work out at around $1076 (american) Which is almost double what America's paying for a start and we had to wait for months! :getlost:

Me no likey pricey. First they muck us about and then they expect us to hand over our cash in large amounts.

Cant say im happy at all either, Sony have got alot to answer for!

We cant be sure our format disks would run on them (yours are NTSC and ours are PAL) would mean importing EVERY game aswel otherwise.

Yeah would probably work out same price if not more expensive in the long run plus the wait...

I know my Xbox 360 can but Sony have always been a pain about it for this reason (people importing them).

Highly doubt it, not everywhere anyway maybe in a few stores that cant get many in stock or has lots of preorders but at that price i highly doubt a 'Sell Out' debut.

I'll just go over to GAME just before release and get my mate to let me play on one...they always get them much earlier than everywhere else for some reason. That's how I got my mitts on a ps2 and subsequently decided not to bother buying one.

Yeah, me and some of my friends preordered like 15 PS3s from GameStation.

We're gonna sell them on Ebay aww yeah
