Gamespot have recently published an article detailing what they believe to be the 10 best mods currently available to PC Skyrim gamers. Have to take into account that the proper modding tools arent actually available yet so these are complete user made mods.​

Been using some of those mods already and some of them are truly must-haves, especially the detailed faces, enhanced night sky, high resolution water, and the like.

However, that Gamespot editor is mistaken about the Loading Screen Timer mod, that mod displays the current internet time not how many hours you've invested into your playthrough. Useful mod for those too lazy to turn their heads to a wall-mounted clock while playing.

Still waiting on the Creation Kit to be released so the fun can really begin, come on Bethesda.
