Gargoyle and Silver Key Location

Help!!!! For one thing, where is the one gargoyle in the grave keeper place with the hollow men? how do you get the silver hey when you first step into the sinkhole? HELP!!!

hmm idk how to explain it...
but the gargoyle is....up...its like on a building
and for the silver key
you jump into the water..swim over, and climb up onto the wooden plank thing where the key is....not very hard?
