Yes I know where they all are. As you progress through the game they're on the path to the end of the main quest, in every region. You can review a region's Gargoyle and Silver Key count in your maps. You have to have a 2-Star Dexterous Styles Skill Level to begin the Gargoyle Quest. Yesterday I had a perfect game and found all 49 before I beat the game, and got the 50th Gargoyle in Fairfax Library. Silver Keys are pretty much the same but a little more pointless.
