what's up with the gargoyle heads with the glowing eyes all over albion, and what about the gargoyle cave in the middle of the river in Bowerstone Market? are these two related and how/when do you initiate these?

oh, i see, so i take it that you have to learn the zoom - in skill ability to be able to do this then right?
