Im stuck at the part after you come back from the spire and garth is going to brightwood tower, it says " Follow Garth " but the games glitched and garth is just standing there , not following me or even moving . He does occasionally say stuff and do basic actions but he does not move.

Help Please


Oh and what is the best possible house money can buy

Try reloading a save, or moving to a different location. You will have to do the mission from the beginning though.
