Get paid to pre-order Lost Odyssey

Wish id known about this sooner, as well as the exclusive content preorders from some places. Ive already preordered my copy elsewhere...

HMV is offering 1000 Microsoft Points to anyone who pre-orders Lost Odyssey before this Friday's launch. That's enough to buy Geometry Wars AND some new gamerpics.

The full price is of Mistwalker's Xbox 360 RPG is £39.99, but when you add up the eight quid value of the Microsoft currency, you're actually getting it for nearer £30, which isn't bad at all.

There's also talk of exclusive DLC being dished out to pre-ordering customers, though we haven't heard anything about that in a while.

The full game is out this Friday and is the second Xbox 360 exclusive RPG from Hironobu Sakaguchi will hit the shops. He made the original Final Fantasy, don't you know?

So far the game's been getting a pretty decent reception and you'll be able to read the full verdict on CVG later this week.

Nice find, Andy. I would be tempted to pre-order it from HMV as the inclusion of a bonus 1,000 Microsoft Points certainly isn't anything to be sniffed at. But you can still buy Lost Odyssey and the Microsoft Points seperately and cheaper from eBay. I was tempted to order Lost Odyssey for £25 the other day but I'm holding off a bit longer.

Nice find, Andy. I would be tempted to pre-order it from HMV as the inclusion of a bonus 1,000 Microsoft Points certainly isn't anything to be sniffed at. But you can still buy Lost Odyssey and the Microsoft Points seperately and cheaper from eBay. I was tempted to order Lost Odyssey for £25 the other day but I'm holding off a bit longer.

Also apparently bonus content for people who preorder with Game.

Must admit that that does sound appealing. I think you get an extra bonus weapons and some additional levels/missions or something. By the way, lemme know if you want me to pre-order Vegas 2 for ya, mate. I can get it for £28 if you fancy. I ordered mine today.

Sounds good to me, beats the price i could get it for i think. I usually go for quick delivery over price but as we will mostly play it online co-op i dont mind getting it at same time. Plus i will have Lost Odyssey in about 2 days (hopefully Thurs if Gameplay post it early like they usually do) so that will keep me busy.

I'm not sure if I like this game but the deal really isn't that great since it would cost me a bundle to ship from the UK to the US and like Steve said, it can be found on eBay for much cheaper.
