Okay,.. I wasn't really paying attention when he was talking because I was helping my sister with something. But I have to go and fight the wasp queen as one of my quests, where am I supposed to go? How do I get there?

follow the gold marker on your mini map

If it's not there Look at the map in the Guild and activate the quest card.

the gold icon should lead you to an exit from that area... it should be on the minimap... not in the room with you...
