God Damnit!

If anyone here knows anything about the Australian Football League, they'll know that Carlton - Collingwood is easily the biggest rivalry in the comp. I myself am an avid Carlton supporter, and would just like to express my disgust that we have copped a drubbing from Collingwood.

Our attack sucked, we kicked only 4 goals the whole game and with a full forward who kicked 99* goals last year, that's unacceptable. We lost 94 to 40

* You can thank Hawthorn's dirty, unfair, dog act during the last quarter of our last game for that number not being any higher. After their full foward kicking the 100, they triple teamed ours, preventing a historic, one off occurence from happening. Shame.

Yeah... Not that anyone else cares, but I'm terribly distressed.

I've read and re-read your opening post about twenty times now and sadly still haven't got the foggiest idea what any of it means...

Sport will always confuse me - perhaps it's because I only ever take an interest when something crashes or explodes or a person's leg flies off...

I'm a complete woman when it comes to sports, doesn't get any better when it's a sport not played in my country. But I do ocasionally watch an NFL game... Mostly for the violence though

My condolences Arseface, it is very sad to have your team lose, especially against a rival team.

And I don't know how American Football got in the topic but since it has... I don't even watch football, I don't follow it throughout the season, but I won't miss much of the playoffs and I'll never miss a Superbowl. There was a time I had gone to visit a female companion of sorts on Super Sunday, and I tried to work it out such that I could watch the entire game without putting her off too much. It goes without saying, I didn't get laid that night, but it was one of the most spectacular games I had ever seen, totally worth it.

I do love sport, but I don't think I'd pass up a chance to get laid unless it was my team playing. :lol:
