Clothing Traders in Fairfax Gardens will always carry at least one five star dye (unless you've completely destroyed the economy...) but which one it will be is random. Rarely, if your economy is VERY high in Bowerstone Market (ie maxed) and you have bought a lot from the tailors, one of them may have it. Again Farifax Garden's is your absolute best bet. If you really really want it, and can't find it, let me know. If you have live I can give you one.
