Evil is easier, and gives you better bonuses. I'm not condoning it, and it will make everyone hate and fear you, but it is easier... like you get more money, more EXP and better endings.

One for fable 1, one for fable 2? That's not the same thread, just the same subject matter for two separate games. Perfectly reasonable.
I find evil easier to play as well. I think mostly it's the ability to kill anyone and everyone without repercussion. You have to use a little tact and eventually people start catching on to you. But there are at least 4 potentially lawless places for you to spread your terror without worry of guard interruption.
The only downside (and it's minor if you can get online) is that your shops will most likely not stock high quality stuff forcing you to miss out on a few key items for quests (mostly dlc stuff though).
I still prefer to play the good guy as I feel the need soak up approval like a sponge. You approve right? RIGHT?!

I've only played good, though I did mix it up when I first got Fable 2.
But I personally like good better, though evil is easier I assume.

Evil was fun at first, until I got so annoyed of people running away from me, that I decided to gift a ton of money to my spouse, which gave me tons of good points. Plus, to me, the Halo looks better than the crooked devil horns.
