Goodness and Purity...Help

What are ALL the ways to get your goodness and purity maxed? My Purity keeps going down for some reason, and my goodness went down because some villager tried to shoot me so I killed him...didnt know what else to do...

What ones do you know of already ? Should help us siphon out ideas we don't need...

- Purity can be changed by gambling, the type of food and drink you consume, the rent you charge your tennants to name a few.

- Goodness can be reclaimed by doing certain expressions like worship, 'good' quests and making 'good' decisions (sacrificing something for someone elses sake)

Oh and jobs like assasination society, bounty hunter and quests like slave rescue or civilian displacement will also change one or the other, I forget which is which.

Eat more tofu!

If you can, buy the Lute from the general store. When you play it for the ground you get +1 goodness/purity from each person in the crowd. Also, try to make sure you always do the good part of each quest, no matter what the reward is for being bad.

What if I have already done bad things? And do you need your purity maxed to get the halo?or just the good part

I'm not sure which it is to get the halo but have you stolen anything for houses?

I did once, For the TOBY Quest, I thought it was a good quest...thats why the tatoo guy attacked me and I killed him

Is it Purity or Goodness that has to be maxed to get the Halo? Or both?

In order to get the halo, Can you do bad things, or be good with not getting any evil or curropt at all?

Make all your stores sell items expensive and you will slowly become corrupt and evil or make them sells cheap items and you will slowly become pure and good.

Is it Purity or Goodness that has to be maxed to get the Halo? Or both?

purity. i had my goodness maxed for days and didnt get the halo till i got my purity like 90% maxed too. and as for the other questions you can have done bad things in the game... i had my halo even after i shot some villager who tried to shoot me.

Raising it is pretty easy. set your rent on every property you own at -20%. especially shops. the owners of the houses whose rent is lowered will raise their opinions of you and in turn your purity. on shops the whole towns opinion goes up. it goes up everytime you get rent. more property you own faster it will go up.

i'm sure this works the same for those evil heroes out there if you set it up like +20%.
