Google Earth Mod for Skyrim.

(Pc only) I don't play on Pc so don't kill the messenger but this mod looks very cool for Pc players and is apparently not hard to execute. It allows you to have zooming capabilities with your world map so you can have street view.

I noticed when I bring up the map the camera when it sometimes goes slow zooms out from my character and shows all the trees in detail before changing to the world map. It would be so cool to get this on consoles.

The original in game map is pretty poor so would be nice if Bethesda at least tweaked the map on console after mods like this on PC, doubt it would ever happen but would be nice.

Yeah defiantly a 1up from Oblivion and it serves its purpose unless there were actual problems then I doubt it.

Update: Here's a video of this mod. Unfortunately because the entire map is rendered is makes it slow to find locations, also, when in a town the world map will not be able to load.
