Great Idea for the Special Edition Fable 2

Ok, SO I have a great idea about the special edition packaging, most new game special editions have some sort of bad *** packaging, I say that it should be a treasure chest and every preorder for the SE should get a fable 2 silver key. That would be not only the coolest but the only way to package Fable 2. So what other ideas do you guys have for the special edition.

Limited Edition.

Id be happy with the Halo3 and Gears of War type boxing (thick case with a plastic thing around it). Another disc besides the game disc of some cool things like all trailers of the game, Lionhead work that went into it, Fable2 discussion on how everything was made (even some details on what actually got cut etc), soundtrack, also remember the early xbox 1 games and how they came with other trailers of many xbox games on it? They should add that as well.

If Fable is meant to be 20 - 30 times larger game world then a map of it - that would be very cool. A new instruction booklet as well (i remember Fable's booklet and how i was letdown a lil bit after digging into it on my drive home from EB games that awesome day). Its not a bad booklet just it could of been better imo.

that would be just alil uncool and childish in my eyes. I would like however a guildseal but there will be no giuld in Fable 2 so I already know the answer

*Sigh* I love being childish though, a friggin treasure chest!! But yeah a guild seal would rock pretty hard, I want a necklace or a ring or something I can use everyday. Maybe an avos tear necklace. IM just gonna shoot my Ideas out there, never know who will read this, A map like was said previously would be cool, I just want to see something toyish in the Lim ed. Like an augmentation replica or something interesting, I just want to feel as if the Limited Edition is worth the extra 20 -30 dollars. Cmon lionhead just give us a treasure chest and a prerelease silver key, how much cooler can it get? A silver key on the necklace and a treasure chest filled with awesome lionhead goodies, also if they read this Im the guy who sent the piratish email, HI MOM!!! Ill do a 3d render so maybe we can appreciate the potential.

Heh, I think it's a pretty cool idea. Nice one, Steampunk. I definitely wouldn't say no to a sexy silver key, as part of my Fable 2 special edition boxset. I like the sound of the theasure chest, too, but when I think treasure chests, I immediately think Pirates of The Caribbean.

I'd like something extra that just screams Fable 2, like, say, my own personal life-size Sword of Aeons! Or, failing that, a nifty Jack of Blades mask. ^_^

Yeah, Ive been trying to find sword replicas on the net, but no luck. Thanks for the kudos dude, But yeah I see what you mean, but you can exactly give a sword or a mask out with a 130 dollar package. I know what you mean about the pirates, I know. But I think for its size, this is perfect for the package, but lord knows what they are planning.

Lol cool, heads in boxes. I am also kicking this idea around on the lionhead forum, everyone really seems to like it. But I was saying the box could be a good chest or a bad chest, it could come with a chubby figure with a halo or horns, or might could even come with an avos tear or aeons replica, but that is all based off of Fable TLC and original. I Want this chest thing to happen, but never know.

maybe we could get some gold in that edition, or a nice big poster like they give out in the GTA games. who knows maybe theyll put in a style card or a fable card game

In my dream special edition, I want an extra disk with all the video diaries, extra content, etc. A small cloth map of Albion would be cool, maybe some small trinket, like a mini avos tear or otherwise. Mainly the disk and the map though.

What about adding a coin that has a :angel: on one side and an :devil: on the other. It could have a hole in the middle so that you could wear it around your neck.
