GTA IV

GRAND THEFT AUTO IV
I am dissapointed. Its GTA III in HD and new-york(Liberty) is much bigger this time. :realmad:
Id say thats looking pretty stunning to me and should hopefully be the best new GTA since GTA 3 as i havent really liked any since and none have made me say 'Wow' since the jump from GTA 2 to GTA 3. Seem like the same game and mission styles revived each time and i hope they have some nice new features in GTA IV to go with its next gen GFX.

This game looks neat. I loved most GTA games, but hated the newer ones with the "hip-hop rapping gangsta"-style. In this game it looks like you play as some Russian guy, which appeals to me soooooo much more.

Lets hope the whole "black-hip-hop-criminal"-theme is finally gone from GTA.

I dont care for the GTA series al;l that much, its okay, just not my type of game. But I think I may try this one out seeing as its lookin pretty sweet. If nothing else I get to run through a city on a masacre until SWAT teams gun me down:lol: .

I got bored of them after GTA 3 and didnt play Vice City to much when i brought it and also tired of San Andreas pretty fast so hope the new one has some great new features and truly bridges the gap from GTA III to GTA IV.

i was hoping that you could create your own character and i wonder if thell be any online play if so what could it be...?Maybe something like crackdown but in gangs this time

I like the idea of being able to play as a Russian immigrant in NY. The storyline should be rather interesting, and i'm gonna assume the main character of GTA III will make a cameo appearance in GTA IV (like he did in San Andreas). The graphics are indeed stunning, i almost mistakened them for the real thing. One thing I hope is improved (along with the excellent graphics) is the in-game physics, from the characters, to the vehicles, etc.

Relax, give it time. They just spanned across of what looks like a small portion of NY City, i'm quite sure that is NOT the actual entire size of the place. The game is still under development, so things are still up for changing (including the graphics and environments). All in all, it looks like it'll shape up to be a great GTA release.

as long as it has noting to do w/ gangster/rapper/hip-hop im fine....i should be rocker/skater style:P

Some of the finds in that 'Ten Things You Didnt See' link reminds me of the Trailer analyzation they did for Fable 2 over at AlterEgo and sound VERY interesting.

From what ive seen so far and heard its shaping up to be just that, as i was disappointed by San Andreas too.
