Hi, my friend resently competed halo3 ODST on normal and he wanted the legandary achevement, i was wondering if i have to start a complete new game, or can i have for from mission select and do each one on legandary?and is mombasa streets requird? thanks

You can just select the missions from the main menu and do them on legendary.
