Yeah the classics are awesome :P

Not heard about a remake though, and remakes hardly ever live up to originals but it would be interesting to see.

Re: Happy Halloween!

guess it's all just to get some extra cash out of a good old movie , some of the remakes are worth seeing , some not. not evry movie can live up to the standard that had been set in the old days :p :D by the way ever seen cannibal holocaust? got some good reviews.

Yeah its all about cash these day lol, and yeah some of the old movies would be very hard to live up to.

It's a movie I highly recommend if you want to be grossed out and mentally scarred for life.

Re: Happy Halloween!

Halloween is for pagans and vandals....

and I'm totally the second one! I love egging houses, tp-ing houses, hitting passerby's with water balloons, spraying whip cream on random things, and the classic dog crap in a flaming paper bag.

My favorite horrors are the Nightmare on Elm St. series and definatley Silence of the Lambs, and of course Dawn of the Dead.

Re: Happy Halloween!

One can't forget the old masterpiece The Shining by Stanely Kubrick. There is a terrible* version of The Shining that was cut up in three parts to be aired as a series on T.V, watch out for that one. Be sure to get the real deal by Stanel Kubrick.

One of my favourite movies of all time.

* The famous "Here's Johnny!" -scene isn't filmed, and Jack uses a freaking croquet mallet instead of an axe! Terrible.

Re: Happy Halloween!

Maybe not a real horrormovie but scarymovie 3 stays my favourite!

Re: Happy Halloween!

For pure camp fun-- Army of Darkness

For psychological terror-- Fallen (or Aliens)

For freaky, gross-out horror-- Necronomicon
