Harvest Moon 4 GBA

Hey has anyone played harvest Moon Friends of Mineral town for the GBA?
If you have I might need a bit of help. I can't seem to figure out how to get the town cottage. Is it a time thing to you have to get somthing to build it what? I have no clue and I am a T.U.M.E.G(Total, Underground, Master of, Electronic, Gaming.)

Are there no faq's online that could help? I've never heard of the game myself...

I think you have to spend 60 years in game for it to be available. Check GameFAQs.com.
