Headshots? HELP

I can't aim at anybodies head. It automatically aims at their body and when I move up to their head, it just either flies off their body or goes back to the middle. I don't know if im doing something wrong and just being plain stupid. Can somebody please help me?

You need Dextrous styles: 4 Subsomething Aim. Then hold (Y) to target and press (LT) to aim at different parts of the body.

LT is the left back trigger just so you know.
