Help! Can't Buy LVL 4 Spells

For some reason beyond my comprehension I can't buy some of my level 4 spells. :'( On top of that every time a start a new game the spells I can't buy as well as the number of spells I can't buy change.

Anyone got a clue?

it all depends on your alignment. when youre good you can only master virtuous and neutral spells, and when your evil you can only master evil and neutral spells. so i suggest that you shift your alignment so you can purchase the rest of the lvl 4 spells

There's only two though.

Heal Life:Virtous
Drain Life:Evil

Well that's what I think...Because I've gotten Infernal Wrath to 4 once and I've never been evil.

Theres actually alot more than that such as life steal and [Insert spell name that converts people to attack there own] and such
