HELP HELP HELP

okay i just finished part of the beginning where u get shot out aof a window >.> and the lady says its not your time to die.. its been loading the next part for a REALLY long time.. any help is this a big or error?

OUCH! That didn't happen on my console. If you try it over and it still happens, exchange for a new copy.

that sucks, the screens do take a while to load
