Help needed please!

I need help.

I re-textured the Plate Armour and i made that brown things black.
This is how i did it.

I opened HERO_ARMOUR_SHIRT_NEUTRAL and i clicked:

Save as...
I saved the photo
I edited it
Then i opened again HERO_ARMOUR_SHIRT_NEUTRAL.

I clicked: Open new
I uploaded the new photo
I Apply Changes

Save mods and run Fable

When i enter the game that things are still brown! But i made em black and i made sure they are black!!!

once you have changed the texture you have to change the number next to upload from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1 check this out:http://forums.projectego.net/re-texturing-dummies-3558/

Your problem is you changed the wrong one. It is an easy mistake to make. There are 2 entries for Neutral Plate. You need to change the one that is labeled "TEXTURE_HERO_PLATEARMOUR_SHIRT_NEUTRAL". It is with the rest of the clothing, it is farther down than the one you changed.
I do not know what the first one you come to is for.
