anything!!!!! please guys for some reason the blacksmith in bowers wont show up any thing i can do to fix it?

If u flirted whit him until he fell in love with you he could be anywhere i started flirting whit the blacksmith to get a huge discount on he's wares, however it just ended up whit him following me everywhere asking for an engagement ring.. if that's not the case, just go to another blacksmith
