Help plz, L TRigger glitch

So ive been playing normaly and suddenly at the part where u have to escape the spire the left ttigger stopped targeting things and i just stop in my tracks when i hold it, i cant move at all while i holding it down, i also cant target villigers with it, if any one could assist me in a way of fixing it, it would be appriciated.

Did you adjust your controllers in some way?

Well, then that's your problem, most likely. Try to revert 'em back to the default settings.
