So i see online that to find Elise again you have to do The Kidnap sidequest. And i also see that she has been kindnapped by ferret(or he is involved somehow...i didnt watch the video fully).
My question is;
Can i still start The Kidnap mission, even though i chose to keep Ferret locked up?
and
Where, how and When do i start The Kidnap mission???
