Help with Aging and +24 Trainer!

So when you use this trainer to change your characters age (I've set mine back to 18) is the character supposed to LOOK 18 again?
The trainer works in that when I go to the Personality screen it SAYS he is 18, but he still looks about 65 :/ Just wanted to see if thats whats supposed to happen.
If not does anyone have any suggestions to get it to work properly?

It made my character look 18 again. However this belong here. As it has nothing to do with modding.

Yes it Does. Trainers are Modding Programs. so I'd see that as modding help.
Sometimes I have to save my game and then reload to get the desired effect. Just give it some time. It'll work.
