I can't get my profile to switch from silver to my 48 hour gold trail!!! If you tell me how I will +rep you

press the dashboard button and find "redeam code" and enter the code. if thats not it then I have no Idea.

I already entered the code, and it shows up in my memberships panel, but I can't switch to it from silver.

^ I did all of that except the being able to play online part, and it still says I'm on silver!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to account management /memberships and see if your trial is listed there. if it isnt, try inputting the code again

I'm probably wrong but is there any chance your code has expired? If it was a 48 hour trial code that came with Gears of War then it almost certainly will have expired a long time ago. I had a 48 hour code that came with my copy of Burnout Paradise and that expired July '08. And Gears was released back in late '06, I believe.

Again, I'm probably very, very wrong.

^I don't think so cause it does have an expiration date on the card, and this was gears of war 2 btw.

No, it's all fine and registered perfectly, I entered the code, it told me to reset the system, I did, and it didn't work.
