Help With pulling DVR off cable box

I was wondeirng if anyone knows how to take DVR programaming off a cable box I can look at the specs on it and perhaps you can help.
Everywhere else I go I come to the same dl this dl that. I don't like to dl any software due to virus, malware, spyware, doomware, ect.

So any help would be nice i would like to get a series off my g/f's DVR why DL when they already have it saved. am I right?

I'm guessing that by dl you mean Download. There are no doubt software tools and such to do that. You just want to choose a reputable source. Bear in mind that doing that could be a violation of the Term from Tivo or whatever your DVR is. However if you get a Video recording Card for your computer you can download TV to your computer so that you don't have to worry about any of that plus you don't pay monthly fees :thumbsup:

my puter can handle most things Except oblivion
