Help with Purity!

I have already beat the game and I started to buy buildings but then I became a Decadent. How do I get my purity back up to 100%?

You should bring down the rent on some of your buildings by 25%... it gives you purity. if you charge more than the average rate, (over o%) then you get corrupt.
