Help with the Brothel!

Okay so I was being 100% evil and decided to swap the orphanage for the brothel. I heard of people saying behind the locked door is more orphans so I found the key and opened the door and all there was is more whores. Was there actually meant to be orphans or was it all made up?

After you turn the orphanage into a brothel it becomes just that, a whore house. The orphanage will have moved to a smaller building around the corner, should be there soon as you made the swap unless you bumped into a glitch.

Gikoku is right, though there is occasionally some orphans left over for no apparent reason. It is most likely a glitch, so just follow Gikoku's Instruction.
