Help with the CE DLC

So i got the game.. downloaded all the stuff for the game... where are my dog breed and where are my tattoos and clothes?!

I don't know first hand but I recall reading someone say that it'll appear in your Sanctuary after a certain point in the game.

They are unlocked as you progress through the story.

If you already downloaded the content from xbox live then I'd assume that it was then after part of the game/file and you wouldn't have to stay connected.
