Help with the platinum hits dlc

I have the platinum hits, and its supposed to come with the knothole island and see the future downloaded content but i cannot find it. The submarine is not at the dock and the quest isn't in my queue. I have completed the main storyline.

I bought the game used, wondering if its not available because of that?

i've read that sometimes shops accidentally mix up fable GOTY discs with normal fable discs. if you get to bowerstone and you don't have the quests, you don't have GOTY. bummer.

I bought it from gamestop over the internet, i have the disc and i'm not seeing any signs that its a platinum hits, like a title by the name or anything. Ill take it back to them with the box and see if they'll switch it, thanks for the help.

EDIT:

For anyone else who is having this problem, i called gamestop, the guy understood what happened and they are shipping me a new game.
