Help with the quest "Donate to the Light"

I can't read a lot of the stuff that the game shows me cause my tv cuts it off and I am not sure how to fix it. So I keep donating my gold by its not "the appropriate time" apparently. When am I suppose to donate it?I know its when "the mystical sun reaches its zeneath" but how do I know when that is??

You'll have to donate 10,000 gold between 12.00 and 13.00PM. Then you'll get the weapon. You can show the time if you open up your main menu.

The first time you donate you get the harvest reward, the second time, you get the weapon.

I just did it and got a weapon but it still makes it seem like I'm not done with the quest. When I leave the building, the gold trail is still leading me inside.

spme quests you can't complete, literally, like the shooting range when you have all hte awards it still comes up or even the arena. The only way to complete the quest is somehow desroy it. which is impossible
