my screen has gone all like glittery but only in game not on the menus ? iv started a new profile but its the same ? is it a glitch ? can you help ?

(at risk of sounding like IT guy) Have you tried turning everything off and on again? If so, try taking the disc over to a mate's house (who has a 360, obviously) and trying it in their machine. If it does the same thing then your disc is the problem. If it doesn't, then it may be your console. Try unplugging everything and plugging it back in again to see if that helps at all.
