Help?

I am on unexpected voage in oblvion. Every time i go to sleep trying to get back to town my screen turns black and all i see is my weapon and spell and stats. My discs has scratchs but i heard about this bug. supposelly when you do unexpected voage and elven maiden there is a bug. Please help me.
