Exactly what it says on the tin... gives you warning points and after so many you receive a temporary ban etc.

Infractions and warnings happen - no one is given one without good reason and that reason is always explained. Most expire after a set period of time like, say, 1 month and if you need further info about why you have one, contact the member of staff who issued it in the first place and they'll tell you their reasons.
