HELP!!!

What do I do to activate a unique building's quest? I bought a unique bookstore for the quest and now I can't find the quest!:'(
Very few responses. I NEED HELP!!!

Not every unique building has an associated quest with it. In the book store's instance, you gain the opportunity to go upstairs and search one of the bookcases - in it you should find a book that teaches you the "Worship" expression, which is very useful when getting someone to like you.

You would not have received it even if you went and stole from the cases beforehand.

WHERE THE HELL IS IT!
I've spent so long trying to find it.
I can't find it.
Either I'm an idiot or just don't notice it.

I got so fed up with I beat the game and now I'm trying to find it again.
haha.

I feel dumb.
