I've just killed the dueds, and am now beibg told to go to the docks thru a cullis gate but there are none active. any ideas?

Poop, hope not with there being no save to go back to as in oblivion i'm stuffed unless a patch comes along!

You need to go to the Westcliff docks, I understand? Just fast travel to Westcliff...
