An 'infraction' is basically an official warning which is added and viewable in your profile; collect 10 of them and you automatically receive an all-expenses paid vacation to bans-ville! Haha! No, I'm serious.... Staff get a little button under a users post which lets us add an infraction:

Only kidding - you don't have any infractions and besides, only staff and the person who has received the infraction can view them. Also, some infractions can be reversed if you're a really good boy...
